Happy May Day! This marks the beginning of my 5th month of my photo of the day project. That means, so far, I have successfully take a photo everyday for 4 months. This is a flower from the new hanging basket I bought to hang over the new flower boxes Jeff made me (I helped too). I am so excited to plant a bunch of flowers. Then I will always have something to take a picture of for my photo of the day. I hope you all like flowers.

We headed back from Chelan today. We went home over highway 20. It was just barely snowing. We stopped and had lunch in Winthrop. It was a nice trip, but I was glad to be home when I got there. This is a view from the highway as we made our way back over the Cascade mountains.

We were still in Chelan today. These are the super friendly ducks outside our hotel rooms. They liked wasabi almonds (which I fed them BEFORE I read the 'Do Not Feed Ducks' sign). We called them Mr. and Mrs. Duck (creative, I know).
